From first-steel to sea trials, our principals have overseen some of the most technically demanding superyacht projects in the Pacific Rim and Mediterranean. A selection of completed work is presented below.
Project Meridian
Full owner's representative and build management from contract through delivery. Scope included design review, steel and outfitting inspections, sea trials, and crew handover.
Project Solstice
Full refit management including hull blasting and recoating, main engine overhaul, generator replacement, interior soft refit, and MCA compliance upgrade. Delivered on schedule and within budget.
Project Albatross
Resident build supervision from keel-laying through commissioning. Hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system integration, class survey coordination, and delivery voyage from Keelung to Monaco.
Project Halcyon
Main engine and gearbox replacement, shaft alignment, new exhaust system, and sea trials. Project completed during winter layup with zero disruption to the charter season.
Project Crestline
Delivery voyage management from Taiwan to the Mediterranean via the Indian Ocean. Route planning, crew coordination, port clearances, and technical support throughout the passage.
Project Windward
Owner's representative throughout build. Specification development, tender management, yard selection, and full build supervision from contract to delivery.
