We manage new build programmes from concept specification through to delivery and flag registration. Our principals attend the shipyard on a regular basis — reviewing construction milestones, attending classification surveys, and ensuring that the build specification is executed without compromise. We have established relationships with ABS, RINA, Lloyd's, and Bureau Veritas surveyors, and work closely with naval architects and interior designers to maintain schedule and budget integrity throughout the programme.

A refit is only as good as its supervision. We define the scope, select the yard, manage the contract, and provide boots-on-the-ground oversight throughout the work period. Our refit engineer, Ronald Ruiz, leads all refit programmes and is present at the yard during critical phases. We have managed refits across Turkey, the Netherlands, Spain, and Southeast Asia — covering hull work, propulsion upgrades, interior refurbishment, and full repowers including hybrid diesel-electric conversions.

Many owners engage us as their sole representative at the shipyard, particularly where the owner does not have in-house technical staff. We attend on their behalf, report weekly, and ensure that every decision made at the yard reflects the owner's specification and budget. We are not affiliated with any shipyard, broker, or classification society — our only obligation is to the owner. This independence is the foundation of everything we do.

Captain Simpson and our network of licensed delivery masters have delivered vessels across the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans. We manage all aspects of the delivery voyage — crew, provisions, routing, weather routing, and port clearances — ensuring the vessel arrives at its destination in the same condition it left the yard. We also provide positioning services for vessels requiring repositioning between seasons or following a refit.
